Yes you can get them tested or ask then to get a test and bring it with them but they can just fake that so you may have to go to the clinic with them or just use protection.

I feel much safer when in Sosua however the quality of the girls is not good. A 8 is very hard to find.

Cartagena has the physical appearance of a much more modern destination but once night arrives it has sketchier feel with corrupt cops and aggressive street hustlers.

The girls are prettier in Cartegena -- I'm glad I got to experience it but I would not return.

The girls in Sosua have gotten adjusted to social media. The good-looking ones no longer have to come outside to earn money when they have multiple men sending them money. Now the majority of women walking around are overweight in yoga pants looking like turkeys. The Venezuelans and Colombians are going to DR and giving them hard competition.

"Crack down" meaning closing, more police presence, and the mayor focusing on moving the chicas to different areas. I am speaking from the standpoint from someone who has been to CTG recently.

What dates was the beach closed and which sections? Was it just that area by Kiosk #4 or did it extend all the way up to Boca Grande Mall? The last 3 times I was there they were closing sections due to laying what looked like culvert pipe and as a result everyone was pushed down more to Kiosk #4, it had nothing to do with cracking down, just construction.

The increased police presence is part of the Titan24. They are on the beach checking IDs at random to ensure the girls there have permission to be in the country, the vendors have a permit to sell items and to catch the usual suspects who like to request services from minors due to after the curfew was put in place to keep them from hanging outside of Space and Delirium in Centro at night all the minors went to Playa Hollywood being more of a nuisance as now they will come up and tap you while you try to eat.

They are trying to move the chicas into a "tolerance zone" outside the walls, most are assuming it will be in El Bosque but that area is not exactly tourist friendly and lack the police presence to ensure safety.

The women in Colombia are worth quite a bit more than those in Sosua, for many reasons, according to Thomas.

Watch out for trips to the Island off the coast of Cartagena and do not order any fish dinners. Is the island called Baru?

They do not have menus with prices. When you are going to leave the island they will charge you about 10 X the regular price. And the Colombian girl you are with will always support the Colombians and tell you to pay them whatever they ask. Bad experience and memories. We learn from experience.

I do get what you're saying. I think I mentioned before that I live in Seattle. A fat ugly woman with a shitty attitude is $300. Even the crackheads are charging $350. To get anything like you see here you are easily upwards of $500. So, when I get an attractive 19 YO, that is "ticklish" for $60. I think I still got a hot 19 YO, who won't let me do anything but fuck her, then it's just $60. I have zero issues walking over $60. Sometimes I get screwed over, but in Latin America it's really rare that I encounter that. At least for me, most women I encounter seem to hold up their end of the bargain. What something is or is not in the USA has nothing to do with what something is or is not in Colombia. When I am in other countries I think about that country's currency. Dollars or what something would cost somewhere else comes nowhere near my mind.

In Colombia it costs 40,000 pesos to keep a child all night. If some chick tells you she needs to pay a babysitter 300,000 or even 100,000 that may sound good if you were in USA, but you are not in USA and that person would be either playing you for a fool or is playing the role of a hooker without trying to come out and say she is a hooker.

Just ask normal people how much things cost if you do not know and use that as a guide. I have been in some parts of Colombia and hired drivers all day for $40 after negotiating. I did not say the first 10 minutes in the USA would be $40 so I should be happy to give them $100 in Colombia.

My point is that if you agree to X dollars then pay them X dollars. Don't wait until you're done and make up excuses for not paying the full amount. Cracking down on what? Every beach that I have been to in Colombia has police and closes at 6 pm. That has nothing to do with any cracking down.
