Photoshop is completely different than lying about age. In my experience, DH shops rarely use photoshop though they may use an old photo and choose a flattering photo from a good angle. Luxe is specifically foreigner friendly. My first visit was more than half foreigners. White guys, black guys all speaking English. For FS, it's tricky which is better. It's complicated but Japan has lower starter rates at the lower-end soapland, but you tend to get okay looking girls, often in their 30's. The service is very good, but many shops now have a gaijin shops while most others won't' service foreigners. So your selection is limited.
