So a lot of info on classic not sure if different floors of EMP are known. I explored it as I was bored and drained after kicking out my latest 19 yr old SB back to her uni dorms. Level 5 - 150 k entry with drink night club heavy music and smoke. Girls seem 8/10 but its dark with flashing lights and music. Not my scene. Tables around for 500 k. Seems to be important looking brother's chilling with bottles and nice pussies as company. I had a look around and left as I liked the peaceful level 2.

Everything closes around 5 am, just after 1st call to prayer lmao.

I was riding down the street on a gojek motorbike today and I just so happened to see Hotel Heef. I remember reading someone said they were interested in staying there recently.

It's close to a big mall called Metro Pasar Baru that has a KFC and some Japanese BBQ place and a bunch of other shops and stores. Looks like maybe a 7 minute walk to classic and also it's on the same side of the busy street so you won't have to about crossing the street with all thr motorbike traffic.

I managed to snap a picture of it with my phone since we were stopped at a traffic light.

Whoever described Classic as Economy class, Emporium as business and 1001 as first class was bang on the money. Very appropriate comparison. I've seen guys paying as much as 15 mil for a month with 1 girl and as low as 5 mil for a week. Depends on who you get and how you get. If you aren't experienced with Indonesia much and this is your first or second trip, stick to Jakarta and skip Bogor. It definitely requires some work achieve best.

In regards to weather, Bogor is a Hilly area so rain will definitely have some impact on it.

Go Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang. Still manageable by Grab or Train.

I prefer to stay at Aston and second choice Santika Premier.

This clarifies things, I am a first time visitor and plan is to just chill away from usual work a day life with focus on short term action and be on my own once it is done.

By default Classic is the best fit for me and I have planned to stay nearby, but don't want to be a one horse pony and for a 14 day stretch I want to explore diversified options as well (I am aware of the usual hotspots like Malio, 1001, Emporium, King's Cross, Kota Indah bars etc.), I will have an iteniary to visit each of these places at least once with maximum focus / repetition on Classic, but if there is something to unique to try closeby (1 or 2 HR travelling distance), I might make a day trip or 2 to these places.

It's good to dip into poorer Jakarta and eat like a local but it's not somewhere to linger, for it's dog eat dog. I looked up the places you mentioned and they seem pretty far away fromj Jakarta (like 35-80 kms range), I checked the train as well as taxi options only train station for Karawang Medusa is a combination that works for a day trip from Jakarta.

I have planned a 14 day stay in Jakarta in January, when I assume rain will be at peak so not sure how much travelling will be feasible to these places. But I want to explore Jakarta as well as nearby areas if you recommend them to be worth the hassle.

Would you recommend me staying in Bogor instead for a few days to explore the hotel / doorman scene (which hotels do you recommend and what are the total expected expenses. Actual+tip)?

So tonight I decided to head to classic around 10 pm and check out terminal 5. When you enter the building walk straight back on the right side of the building and look for some elevators. They have a fancy elevator in the front and around the corner is another set of regular elevators. Either one will take you up. Tell the elevator dude Lima or Terminal Lima. He'll take you to the 5th floor. Once getting off the elevator walk to the left and around the corner and there's some dudes there that pat you down like they're checking for guns. Then they give you a wristband just like at Terminal 2 and it's the same 5 k entrance.

I'm going to have just enough time for sessions at Classic over two nights there. Based on your experience, would you suggest that I do one at Terminal 2 and the other night at Terminal 5? Not sure if I read it correctly but it seems that your session costs were pretty well the same on both floors, the 375 base rate for the girl and the one time 5 for entry / exit, right? I'm not including any costs for drinks and food.

Yea that is correct both cost exactly the same 365 k base for the girl paid to the mamasan and 5 k entry fee (that is paid when you exit).

I think terminal 2 has more girls and you would have more to chose from There but terminal 5 is worth checking out too. I found an absolute gem there. The thing is terminal 2 is open during daytime hours and terminal 5 opens later at 6 pm and is more of a night time venue. So if you're going like 5 pm you going to want to hit up terminal 2 but if it's more like 11 pm or midnight then they both will be open and it's worth checking out terminal 5 at that late hour. Maybe do them both after terminal 2 head up to 5.

And yes that is correct without any food or drink. I have yet to buy any beers or snacks inside the terminal.
