I was in Gurgaon on a corporate trip a while back and tried to book an escort through MR. My room was pre-booked & all of them asked for a double-occupancy room so couldn't go ahead with anything. Neither did I want to officially check in someone to a room booked by the company.

I was under the impression that they just sign in the visitor's log if needed and come to your room. Do they check into the room? If so, do people on corporate trips just end up booking a separate room?

This report is from last week. I was planning to book Shaanti for the night, we finalised the deal and the amount, to confirm the booking she asked me to book the hotel first.
