There are actually many more Burmese girls working in restaurants as servers and in mall shops in Bangkok than most tourists realize. To my eyes, they are generally not quite as fuckable attractive as Thai girls. But there can be standout exceptions. I would say they are sweeter, less flaky and annoying than Thai girls.

I don't believe you will find many working in the bars, PSE shops, as FLs on the street or online. But those who are more active in those venues than I have been of late may correct me on that observation.

My experience with the few I have met and had sex with is, as you suggest, they are more shy, more reserved, more conservative, perhaps less abrasive than Thai girls or, to be fair, than most Thai bar girls. International traveller here. Sampled a few locations. Back in Bangkok last few days and thought I'the share as I've read reviews that have helped me in the past.

Four locations tried.

1). Cube Massage. - shown iPad of selection for a lunch time snack. Picked lady and image was close to the real thing. Went for standard shower and 40 minutes. 2600 Baht.

Experience was low. No Thai smile. Perfunctory. Need a release so stayed otherwise might have left. I told mamasan that not the best. Lady would not even rub back and head at end with 15 minutes left. Would I recommend? Nice deco and reception, but I don't go for the front office. 3/10 overall experience and glad I didn't pay for more.

2). Thermae Cafe. - went around 10 pm. It was heavy with both girls and clients. Got drink. Went around spoke to a few. I don't mess about and I explain exactly what I want so no misunderstanding. Massage. BBBJ, FS, CIM followed by massage. Silly prices quoted or no CIM. Decided not to waste time or money, so left to Nana.

Could it be that, with yesterday's rain shower, the rainy season is finished? Today, walkies, a very nice breeze blowing, dissipating the stifling humidity. Still hot and sweating, but the sweat plus the breeze operating as designed, cooling. Yes, it might still be across the street from the Nana Plaza, but for Christ's sake, have some energy and walk a few blocks to a descent hotel (no offense meant to dinosaurs).

Also stopped by Bumrungrad hospital, obviously VERY popular in the Middle East and South Asia, which says a lot for their local hospitals. I was there for one simple task - after striking out twice looking for Ampersand ice cream, they have a shop on the mezzanine floor. Not cheap, but so good, and really appreciated the dry ice added to the foil bag to keep the creams solid on the RTB.
