Grab doesn't show the gender specifically but does often show the drivers photo so you can judge from there. I don't think Grab accepts being unable to finger or grope your driver as a valid reason for cancellation. 😜.

Note everytime you cancel without reason, you loose priority in the Apps selection process and the cancelled driver may lower your star rating.

That's a shame on Grand Mercure as I stayed there last week & it's a decent hotel. The standard rooms look a bit small though, deluxe suite definitely a lot better with 2 long sofas and enormous bathroom. One thing about the lounge / restaurant- within about a minute there's always a mosquito which shows up and refuses to budge. And I've never seen a hotel breakfast so full at 6. 30 am in the morning.

It's not possible to book a grab and feel directly via the app. You just have to keep trying, book and cancel until you get a female rider that is open to it.

Female drivers that are open to it will indicate so by hanging a pineapple fruit upside down in a bag on the bike. Note that some men are also open to it.
