1. Start PEP. There is no way you can make sure if she is infected or not. Even if you get her to do a blood test, it may be false negative due to window period. Considering her line of work, PEP is something you SHOULD take.

2. Avoid any sexual activity with your partner for a month.

3. Watch out for other STDs, because PEP will not prevent them.

4. Lastly, the risk of any STD including HIV though possible but is not very high unless you already had one while having sex.

5. Get yourself tested, your doctor would advice you to get tested a few times with some time gap to be sure.

I will share my experience about these kind of Hi End spas. I was a member in Revive in GK2 market, they have a branch bang opposite it, name I forgot. I had paid 16 K for 10 sessions and the reception lady had to ask the owner to give me that discounted rate with the understanding that I would continue being a premium member which I did not. My buddy who is still a member there told me that they have jacked up their membership and there is no dearth of men waiting to get their tools polished. Is this the new deal or what? I have never paid anything below 2000 bucks at any SNM (especially South Delhi) without membership. Only the dilapidated Ashok Vihar branch does 1500. I think NFC had a nice package when it launched, but that's over now; when I went to GK1 a few months ago, I definitely paid the usual 2 K.

Anyhow, I much prefer the GK2 outlet. Cleaner and brighter rooms. Nicer receptionist. No NIs, but Victoria and Nana have kept me happy for a while. Though Victoria (3 K and no fuss) feels boring while Nana (4 K and lots of fuss) feels annoying after 4 sessions each.
