Yup, got it installed on the second go, and I did not have any language problems, but the well known and never fixed problem where you cannot add any contacts any way. So I had to completely erase the account and re-register, and then it worked.

Some of my friends have problems installing the app on their apple phones. I have often had problems adding chicks or them me by the name or phone number. Yesterday had the problem and sent a chick my qr code and that worked.

I guess you've already installed it, but for anyone else reading this: if you only do one app it should be Line. In fact if you do any number of apps the very first one should be Line. Always Line. PITA or not it's the app that everyone is going to want to bounce you to from whatever other app you're finding them on. Everyone, all the girls and everyone else, uses Line. Bite the bullet and set up Line. Your time here will be easier / better for it.

Hi guys,

Preparing for my Thailand trip in 3 weeks I got myself a premium subscription to Thai friendly, to get a first idea of the site and the girls there. Immediately after signing up I was bombarded with messages from girls, but as I have neither time nor interest in a several weeks-long chat, I hid my profile again. Right now I am just collecting favorites to contact right before my trip.

Here's a few things that are confusing me, maybe there is a pro in this thread, who can help me.

- I was trying to get a look of the competition, so I filtered for all guys in all of Thailand, and only 63 come up. (I allowed my profile to be seen by all men and women.).

That can't be true, can it? Are all the others just hiding from me?

- Many of them have a text like "My Instagram" or "My line ID +" and then there's nothing following, or maybe some squares. Do I have a problem with the character set of my browser, or isn't there any line ID in first place and I have to ask her for it?

- Many of them have "TH" at the end of their TF-name. Is this a redundant mention of Thailand, or does it mean something else?

- Some of the girls post pretty photos and then list a weight / height ratio that makes clear they are at least chubby. If they lie with their photos, why do they give away in the data section that they weigh 85 kg?

And some observations:

- For a country that calls itself "land of smiles" there are a lot of dead serious faces on the site. Also a lot of the photos are of surprisingly bad quality.

- The search filter does not work properly: In a search for Bangkok (+15 km) I also get a few ladies from Pattaya, Phuket, etc.

- looking who is online at what time (and figuring in the time zone) tells you about their day and night rhythm. And a lot of them are online at 4 or 5 am.

- Some girls are sending mixed messages. The funny ones write that they are looking for a serious relationship, but are using photos where they pose half-naked on a bed or in a bathtub. .
