I'm curious to know what happened. That's why I find it hard to sleep when I've a girl in my room.

In early 2000's I stayed in a nice suite at an upscale Bangkok hotel. The day before my departure she came to my room when I wasn't there. She cleaned everything from the bathroom, including shampoo bottles and my used toothbrush. It was a very nicely appointed suite, so she stole some nice figurines, two small bookend elephants inlaid with some semi-precious stones (I presume), a pack of wonderful jasmine tea that I bought in China Town (that was a huge bummer because I wanted to bring it home but didn't have time to go back there) and a couple of travel books. And of course, she raided my minibar and helped herself to two bottles of wine with glasses.

She might've stolen other stuff but this is what I remember.

It really helped that I totally girl-proofed the room before bringing her there. Kept everything valuable in the safe at all times.

The front desk manager took it easy on me and mostly giggled enjoying my embarrassment. She only charged me about 4 K baht, which I gladly paid. Later on, she brought a laptop and showed me the thief who they caught on every camera when leaving the hotel. The stupid cow was wearing a wide straw hat and carrying a large beach bag. What was she trying to hide when the hotel had her ID anyway? Beats me. She also told me the elephants were the most expensive thing she stole, and I'm not surprised, they looked great.

Anyway, if you're staying in a regular room and want to register the girl, I don't think it's dangerous. There is nothing to steal anyway. Just girlproof your valuables and tell the staff to remove the contents of the minibar (yes, you can do that).

Second, never tell them when you check out. Although, I guess she can find out at the front desk.

But I think if you're staying at an airbnb or suite decorated with some knickknacks, you have to be careful.

BTW, don't presume that if you don't give her the key, you're safe. If she's smart, she can easily get the card at the front desk. Why not, she's a registered guest. For airbnb, just don't give her a key, that's it.

No need to be paranoid, IMHO, I've done the same thing since then and never had a problem.

Very descriptive FR, I wonder if it is the girls that you came across with this approach or is that general practice at Classic, because I have read many FRs mention the DFK etc aspect, also is it possible to engage the girls in a more involved act (DFK, make out) with a slightly higher tip like say 100 k, Mr. Johnson has a mind of his own and he can't go up with the push of a button, it needs to be wooed with sensuality to get in the act.

Excelente Report brother. I'm glad you enjoyed classic. A note about kissing, it is available but hit and miss depending on the girl. I have had some who will turn their face away as I attempt to kiss them, others will allow some kissing but mostly just pecks, and a few have allowed tounge in mouth DFK. As soon as you walk inside, waiting mamasans will intercept you and try to take you to one of the small round tables in the middle of the club. There was a stage with some dancers and along most of the walls of the club were either single or double rows of sofas where the girls were sitting. The estimates of over 200 girls might be correct and they were all dressed to kill in short dresses and high heels. Most were quite young in their 20's and maybe some in 30's but certainly no milfs here. One one far side of the club were some pool tables.

As soon as I ordered a drink, the mamasans brought girls over. They wasted no time but I kept telling them that I just wanted to enjoy my drink first. But five minutes later they would use laser pointers to point to girls and instruct them to come over. Multiple mamasans each in charge of different sofas of girls would bring a single girl one at a time and sometimes they would bring a lineup of 5-7 of them.

They really push us to choose a girl. Whenever we decline to choose one, they seem to get annoyed but I didn't let that faze me since I'm the paying customer and they soon realized that I was not to be rushed.

Even though they can be annoying by constantly laser pointing and bringing girls over, it's also kind of funny at the same time. I've never experienced such pushiness by a mamasan before.

It's also good to get the girls on their feet because some of them looked kind of bored just sitting there. They are definitely not as interactive with potential customers as say Thai girls at Soi 6 or a massage fishbowl. So the mamasans kind of helps break the boredom of girls just sitting and waiting.

Once I picked my lady, I paid her mamasan 365 K Indonesian which is about $32 Cad. This is a real bargain for an hour session. My girl led me to an elevator where they had a staff dude operate it. There are rooms on multiple floors with shower but no bathroom.

The session starts with shower for two as the girl cleans you. Then when you get on the bed, they use tissue to further clean your cock. My girl actually wiped it with some Listerine. Then the BBBJ starts without any foreplay or kissing on lips before hand. After a while she asked me if ready for condom and FS. Not true GFE since no kissing.

My girl washed me up again in the shower and as some previously reported, asked me for a top. I have the 50 K if she agreed to take a photo with me.

When we walked out of our room, Indonesia's version of Tijuana cum boys were waiting to enter and clean the room. Hand in hand my lady took me on a confusing reverse route back to the nightclub.

After bidding my girl goodbye I went to a glasses counter where a team of cashiers tallied up my drink cost. After paying I was handed a wooden piece with a slip probably with details of my payment in full which I handed to the main door hostesses.

I returned the next day at their 2 pm opening. I was worried that there would be no girls there that early but upon entry, there were about 30-30 girls on the sofas. There only several customers which made this afternoon a more pleasant visit since many Asian customers smoke.

If I trust her is a hell of a qualification that you need to give a serious thought to before proceeding. Remember that even if you totally girl-proof your room, you're still on the hook for a "memento" or two she might not be able to leave behind, LOL. And yes, this is coming from personal experience (not in Jakarta, though), and it ain't fun.

Did you survey any of the other clubs in the Bats area? I'll likely spend some time there when my visit commences in January.

I've only been to BATs and one in kuningan I forgot the name of. This is central area, so not a lot of options like what you may see in Blok M.

To my experience, they offered best rate during weekends compared to the Fake Dolarindo next to classic.

Never heard of such a thing as a better rate on weekends anywhere. Plus, that makes little sense because on the weekends all the banks are closed so if anything rates would go up, not down.

I checked out 4 currency exchanges all within 2 hours. Almost identical rates. Like 15,000 to 15,150 difference. 1%.

That scam or scheme, whatever you want to call it is true! Any bills older than 2009 will get you lower exchange rates. I asked and confirmed with my girl. Banks will gladly accept old bills at their rate.

In regards to money exchange, I had posted a review back in September / October. To my experience, they offered best rate during weekends compared to the Fake Dolarindo next to classic. You can also reserve through Dolarindo website which switches to WhatsApp and connects you to your preferred Dolarindo and rates are fixed for a certain timeframe.

I think this is true. I gave an SA girl some USD and she told me the exchange place offered here a lower rate because "bill was old". However I got the proper rate from exactly the same bills at the airport. So it seems to depend on the exchange place and sometimes they may try to screw you over by complaining about the bills. All in all, ATM is the best option for cash and I mostly pay with CC everywhere.

It was me that had that experience and wrote about it. If you are at the entrance that takes you downstairs to the make out rooms, this sofa with girls is to the right of that entrance. I chose some girls on it but they looked scared and all shook their head yet I seen them willingly go with others and actually heard one speak good English and asked if the man was Muslim the girl was big and volumptous actually looked mixed like Arabian. As for my Premier Suite on the 22nd floor, apparently it's the crown jewel of the place, the one and only. If this is the best they've got, I shudder to think what the regular rooms are like. Don't get me wrong, it's fine, but compared to the Holiday Inn next door? It's like comparing a Lidl steak to a Michelin-star filet mignon.

Better lobby, better decor, and waitresses downstairs who could charm the socks off a monk. The Novotel? Well, it has. A lift that doubles as a carnival ride.

But you can't compare like-for-like as Holiday Inn with just a cursory glance is around $80-90 whereas Novotel is $50. I think that represents fantastic value especially in the context of staying in a place like Jakarta. If you take a date back, it makes no difference to them if it's Holiday Inn or Novotel it's just another well-known brand. I personally would rather pocket the difference and have an extra 3-some at Classic thanks very much. But to each their own some people would want to pay for other hotel brands. With a decent gym, pool and very good service you can't beat it for value at this price point.

You really sound like a bundle of laughs and it's quite a detailed though very negative review of a perfectly decent hotel. I stayed in this exact hotel last month then this month I stayed in Grand Mercure which was a lot more expensive but this Novotel is decent. The lobby isn't that tiny at all and I'm not sure if you stayed in the lowest grade room but I stayed in the biggest suite with 5 different rooms. I can tell you my mattress was not hard whatsoever.

So here in Jakarta I found a pharmacy in the Pasar Baru area called Apotek Maju Jaya that sells a box of 4 tablets 100 MG generic Sildenafil for 125 k Rupiah.

Thanks for the info. For others, there are a few pharmacies right there in that corner of the mall. If one doesn't have what you're looking for at the price you want, you can easily go to three others right there and compare.

I wasn't happy with the option for the cost and the manufacturing date. Another had a better price and more recently made too. All of these pharmacies seem to close at 5 pm. The mall where you'll use the walkway to cross the street also closes up at 5.

The timing doesn't quite work out but there's a really good street food stall serving nasi bebek (duck rice) at the corner. Bang for my buck, it's probably the best 30k I've spent in Jakarta so far.

Grand Harmoni Mercure is pretty decent and is about 2 Kms from classic if my memory serves me right. Actually, the bartender there was ready to come out to Bali with me within 5 minutes of me chatting with her. Tells me everyone is game in the services industry in Jakarta.

Grand Mercure is more like $150 but all of the female staff wear pretty short skirts, the ones at the bar / restaurant wear long skirts but with a high slit which actually looks even better / sexier. I think I know which one, there's one who is particularly curvy at the bar and she's very exotic / pretty looking too. I was tempted myself to chat her up but I was there on business so a bit riskier.
