Not sure if Fish Spa takes foreigners but they're pretty "public" online in Chinese if you know where to look. Set up similar to the Saunas like Tianlong Suana etc, Fish Spa is pay first then select a woman and go into a back room. Located on Linsen in one of the older tall buildings, the "Spa" requires an appointment to get pass the door. For massage parlors the standard rate is about 1300-1500 per hour for the massage. It could vary from a genuine good massage, to a few touches on your back and being told to flip.
