I am uncertain how a condo that is on a upper floor is affected by street noise. There are noise ordinances that can be enforced if complaints are made to the proper authorities.

If some one is buying a condo and they are paying for view and they do not perform their due diligence adequately. If they do not exam the position of the building they are buying into on the property and its relationship to other properties, then they deserve to take the hit on value and lose their capital.

We all pays our money and we takes our chances. If you are not prepared to take the risk then you will never receive any gains. Scared money dont make no money. That is a poverty mentality that I see projected in many posts in these threads. No wonder there are so many people don't have any flow to stack and therefore cannot ball out when they are International Tricking. I am not one of those people.

This is a news item for those who don't know what bargirls in Pattaya do when they get off work. The context is that there is a surplus of young women in Pattaya, so young Thai men are a scarce and valuable commodity. So, bargirls often go to host bars like these when their bars close, where they buy drinks for young Thai men, and go home with them after business hours (usually 7 am).

In the news story, 4 bars were raided, but there are dozens in Pattaya. When the story mentions "customers", they are referring to women.

Don't get me started on tomboy bars.

My point is that there are not many horny bargirls. Even after a Soi 6 girls fucks a handful of customers, she will take her money to a host bar after work and blow it on a Thai man.

You really don't know what you are getting into.

If you ever go to the Darkside in east Pattaya, the number of bars there is striking, given that tourists never go there unless they are lost. So why so many bars, if only ExPats are potential customers? Because so many lonely guys come to Thailand to find a wife or GF, run into a lady who provides amazing sex, settle down into a committed relationship, and then the Thai lady announces she cannot have sex anymore. So, the lonely guy goes to a local bar and strikes up a relationship with a bargirl. Good for the wife / GF, since when he is gone, she can play with her Thai man.

It's a trap!
