Posts: 4632I'm sorry, but business discussions about real estate in Pattaya are boring, especially if they are theoretical. I bought a condo to live in and to store my stuff when I travel. I used to rent before, and put my stuff in storage when I traveled, which was no fun.
As for discussions of making money, I started a company in my house in the US back in the day, and now it's a big company. So I don't work any more.
Or worry about buying condos to rent.

Anyone who has skills like that investing in real estate in Thailand I want to meet you. I got the first bottle of your favorite beverage in my current favorite spot.
Because I am not interested in advice from International Tricks with no financial literacy and a poverty mentality. I only learn from teachers who know how do do what they are teaching.
Example: My Flight Instructors. They actually knew how to fly. They did not just talk to me about it. The showed me how to do it. Sat next to me while I did it. Took on the risk while I learned what I was doing. Up in the mother fucking air with me. Calmly stating: I have the controls and me replaying You have the controls when I was fucking up and was going to get us both killed. ROTFLMAO. So if you haven't done it then you are like Howard Cosell you never played the sport.

I am uncertain how a condo that is on a upper floor is affected by street noise. There are noise ordinances that can be enforced if complaints are made to the proper authorities.
If some one is buying a condo and they are paying for view and they do not perform their due diligence adequately. If they do not exam the position of the building they are buying into on the property and its relationship to other properties, then they deserve to take the hit on value and lose their capital.
We all pays our money and we takes our chances. If you are not prepared to take the risk then you will never receive any gains. Scared money dont make no money. That is a poverty mentality that I see projected in many posts in these threads. No wonder there are so many people don't have any flow to stack and therefore cannot ball out when they are International Tricking. I am not one of those people.
How does Farang buy a house that have neighbors who have dogs that bark all night? Farangs cannot own land in Thailand! FACT!
Anyone who questions my stack just needs to show up. But your cheap ass is buying a bottle and at least 6 Lady Drinks for the girl you choose to accompany you. Because the girls know that is how I roll. Holla!
If you cannot run with the big dogs, stay on the (compound profanity redacted) porch!
