Yea, offering tip is my first approach, and it often works. Earlier this month I was at Pink-X in Chiang Mai and offered what I thought was a big tip, but she refused. I use TF quite a lot when in Thailand.

1500 is standard rate for Hua Hin, 2500 - 3000 is standard for BKK. Some of the higher quality ask for 5000 or more.

That's not the standard for BKK. That's the price you pay if you don't know how to haggle. Never paid more than 1500 baht in BKK and don't plan to. Some online sideline girls can be had for even less than 1000.

LOL, my mistake about the terminology. I'm figuring if I go to Pattaya I'll offer the same for ST as Mr. E. offers for LT, and consider my ugly self to not have overpaid too much by that.
