Having tried - 5 MG, 10 MG, 15 MG and 20 MG tadalafil multiple times.

I have found that it is not a magic pill and does not make super hard at any of these dosages. 5 MG has no noticeable effect. 10 MG gives decent erection. Difference between 10 MG, 15 MG and 20 MG is not that great and sometimes not perceptible. It takes at least 2-3 hrs for the benefits to show.

For headache I have found that generic & megalis give great headache which increases with dose.

MSG pharma, Dr reddy and Cipla give lesser headache and sometimes no headache even at 20 MG dosage.

I cannot say anything about resistance as I have not tried it too much.

1. Not all independent accounts are handled by the WG herself. The pimp instructs which WG should go and meet the client based on location, availability, type of client etc.
