After getting lot of PMs on BP from many mongers, I thought to summarize some general guideline which many can follow.

Location:

Walk from kedari chowk (search on map) towards BP. At one point you get a trijunction, on right you'll see plenty girls standing and from trijunction if you walk straight for 10 15 steps, on left you'll see a building that's disco building don't know who and how it got named. It has a small shop at ground floor (mobile or pan shop type). On right of this shop there is basement don't go there. On left of this shop the steps start you can visit here. Opposite to this building also there are couple of good looking girls standing road side.

Safe places:

From trijunction if you turn right most of these places here that are completely safe. No looting stuff.

Disco building is also safe especially ground and 1st floor.

Opposite to disco building is also safe, right side area from Pan shop till trijunction.

One den near LE (place where siya is) is also safe.

Unsafe:

Any place outside of the above mentioned area especially on Laxmi road is completely unsafe. There is a lane where eunuchs stand that is unsafe. No matter how good looking the girl may be on this road outside BP its not safe and you'll get looted.

From trijunction if you turn right and walk. Some dens towards the end of this road are not good. No good vibes.

Opposite to disco building, the area to the left side of panshop till end is not safe.

Disco building 2nd 3rd floor all bad attitude girls are here. No looting but bad attitude.

Basement of disco building not safe.

From disco building to siya's den nothing safe.

Timings:

Generally resident girls start early as they stay there but most girls coming from outside start by 11 - 11.30 am.

In evening it booms after 5 5:30.
