This is my report on my experience at Luxe.

The staff came over and asked if I wanted to stay longer and presented me with some options. It was tempting. I felt like time flew by and I was having fun and enjoying my beers. But I had already been mongering heavily during this trip so wasn't too tempted by all the oppais. I also realized that costs add up quickly the longer you stay so decided to leave. They charged me 5,000 yen for the two drinks I bought for the girls, bringing the total to 13,000 yen. I don't know why the drinks weren't 6,000 as advertised. They also gave me a discount coupon for 7,000 yen entrance fee. This is a steal. It was well worth the price of admission as I had fun and enjoyed the beers.

Final note. I looked around carefully to just see the other options. I found most of the girls to be like my first girl. Average face but nice figures. I preemptively thanked Traveler X prior to my trip and I experienced Luxe exactly as he outlined multiple times in previous posts. I went straight to the manzoku on a Thursday night, around 9 PM. I told the staff there that I'm a foreigner that doesn't speak much Japanese but that I'm interested in visiting an oppai club. They showed me a couple of options but I already knew Luxe was the one I wanted to visit. They told me they can get me in for 8,000 yen and I agreed. The staff called the shop to confirm, then escorted me to Luxe, which is just a few steps from the manzoku.

There are a lot of great reports so I will just reply to a few at a time. AllTaken, great to hear it worked out. 8K is the price Manzoku usually gets me - it is a priced match rate that all 3 oppai pubs will honor. Note that Luxe is officially 13K but will always discount things to get you in the door. I have gotten 6K "early bird" which I think are certain days before 8pm, there are pros and cons because sometimes not enough girls have shown up yet.

It sucks to hear about the bathroom delay, Hosekinobako always asked me 'otearai' if I needed the restroom upon entry. For free restrooms in Japan, try train stations and department stores. You mentioned Manzoku offered you other choices, that's great to hear. I'm curious if there are other foreigner-friendly oppai pubs worth reviewing. When I went last summer, Leicester was brand new (2 weeks) and Luxe was still new (1 year). Maybe there is another, to me 8K is not much ($53), keeping in mind drinks might add another 6K ($40). Like the line at a supermarket, it can randomly be super busy or super not busy when you go. Especially after 10pm if guys just won't leave. As noted, staff speak good English at Luxe. Yes, Japanese draft beer is amazing and always fresh.

Extending always costs more, their business model is to get guys in cheap but the next 40 mins is 50% to 100% more than the promo rate. If I really like the girl, sure I'll extend. The advice on avoiding touts is specific to Kabukicho where there are B+S, scams, and shops that suck they will take you to. I actually never had this problem in other cities in Japan, but out of caution I don't want to simply say it's okay elsewhere. Just that within Kabukicho you want to research your spot and ignore touts, or go to any Manzoku shop where every shop they list is legit since they rely on repeat customers.

A reminder that no matter the country, you can make things cheaper by exchanging money at a good rate. 711 convenience stores are all over Japan and they have ATM machines that take international bank cards in my experience. I believe you get the very best rate if you choose Yen. If the "mid-market" exchange rate for Yen is 154, then the Buy rate might be 151 and sell rate 157 since that's their profit. There may be ATM fees, which worked out to be another 1%-2% depending on your bank. CCs can be good for regular tourist shopping, but sex shops often have to pass on extra fees since CCs will charge them extra in turn.
