One more thing: on active days when I go clinica hunting in the early afternoon and go out to the boates much later at night, I might take 50 MG Viagra (a 100 MG pill split in half) about 30 minutes before I arrive in Moema usually around 1 pm and later if I decide to hit a boate I will take another 50 MG Viagra about 30 minutes before I arrive at Scandallo or some other place around 9 pm or later. I would always be wary of someone offering MDMA. Even in the US, it's not going to be real. I got some from a girl in Bogota a few years back and it felt right for the most part, but I took the risk because she was bisexual and brought a friend I had a threesome with already.

People who need erection boosting for more than the time-span of Sildenafil usually resort to Cialis. This being said, I re-dosed on Sildenafil often enough during my partying years. I get side-effects from Cialis.

It is usually the other way around. Most side-effects come from Viagra (Sildenafil). Cialis (Tadalafil) is generally considered the milder although longer lasting drug, but everybody's reaction to these pharmaceuticals is different. One should consult one's doctor before taking either medication. I prefer Sildenafil 50 MG or 100 MG because it is sure fire and lasts (for me) all night long while Cialis occasionally lets me down even though Cialis is supposed to be longer lasting.

Cialis 5 MG taken once a day is very popular because most guys on it don't have to worry about timing. Cialis 5 MG daily is also prescribed for enlarged prostate (BPH) issues, so it CAN kill 2 birds with one stone.

100 MG is the maximum dose per 24 hours. Pills come in different strengths: 20 MG, 50 MG, 100 MG and possibly others. I'm an old guy and 50 MG works great and lasts about 36 hours. Viagra / Sildenafil was originally developed as a blood pressure control medication (antihypertensive) and it is very potent. It also interacts with other medications in a bad way and can cause permanant eye problems. In the USA its strictly by prescription for good reason. Its very risky to exceed the recommended dosage: many things can go terribly wrong. Someone may get away with exceeding the recommended dose, but that doesn't mean the next time they try it that they'll be ok. One pass also does not mean that the next monger that tries it will necessarily get away with it either. Cheers, A.

MD is all over the place in Sao Paulo and girls have connections. One caveat though: most of it will be MDA. Finding Molly or Eve is less easy and girls are not knowledgeable about the difference. MDA is not very empathogenic, not good for sex IMO.

I wouldn't roll into Scandallo every night whether I had the coin or not. There's just too many other target rich places in Sampa to see, especially when it comes to the clinicas. I guess diversity is a bad word these days huh? Well not when it comes to mongering in Sao Paulo!

Last night in Sao Paulo tonight, had a great time here over the past two weeks.

Been in Casarao almost every night as I won't pay the prices of Scandallo etc but also had a couple of night's at 57 Friends too.

I'm staying in Avenida Paulista in an Air BnB and it definitely seems safer around here now compared to my last trip, with an increased police presence. You still have to be careful of pick pockets on Rua Augusta in the early hours of the morning though.

The talent in Casarao definitely seems to have gone up a notch. The majority are average, some hideous but definitely some really cute ones with everything in between. 99% qoute you between 300-400 for 30 minutes and most will accept the 300 if they qoute you more.

Had a good range of girls there, a blonde, multiple morenas, couple of mulattas and a black girl. Everyone has delivered good to amazing service, God bless these Brazilian girls and their high sex drives. It's as if Brazilian women has the sex drives to match us mongers.

I love Sao Paulo but just wish there was one or two decent boates in the Casarao price range as going there everynight alone can get tedious but 57 friends is an adequate alternative for the odd night.

The downside of Sao Paulo to me is the constant stink of cigarette smoke from it being blown into your face everywhere you go but that is massively outweighed by the women and food.

BTW I speak very miminal Portuguese, so if you're considering going but don't speak Portuguese, please don't let this put you off going.
