Greetings fellow mongers.

My name is Tyrese. I've been mongering for around 10 years now but have never been to So Paulo or Brazil in general. Next week will be my first trip and I'm beyond excited. Currently living in Miami and have taken multiple trips to Colombia. My main hunting grounds. One more thing: on active days when I go clinica hunting in the early afternoon and go out to the boates much later at night, I might take 50 MG Viagra (a 100 MG pill split in half) about 30 minutes before I arrive in Moema usually around 1 pm and later if I decide to hit a boate I will take another 50 MG Viagra about 30 minutes before I arrive at Scandallo or some other place around 9 pm or later. This way I am not over medicating as I adjust for Viagra's shorter time effectiveness.

I used to do Viagra and a lot like Axel. Kinda manage dosage through the day when having multiple bangs. Cialis is way better for this kind of thing because it lasts a few days. And I have almost zero side effects with Cialis.

My nominal dose is 10 MG and that should last three days and it generally does. I might do a 5 MG boost a couple days in or even 10 if it seems right. Doc cautioned about doing 10's back to back to back.

While on this topic. The Cialis def makes it harder for me to cum when drinking a lot. It is usually the other way around. Most side-effects come from Viagra (Sildenafil). Cialis (Tadalafil) is generally considered the milder although longer lasting drug, but everybody's reaction to these pharmaceuticals is different. One should consult one's doctor before taking either medication. I prefer Sildenafil 50 MG or 100 MG because it is sure fire and lasts (for me) all night long while Cialis occasionally lets me down even though Cialis is supposed to be longer lasting.

Cialis 5 MG taken once a day is very popular because most guys on it don't have to worry about timing. Cialis 5 MG daily is also prescribed for enlarged prostate (BPH) issues, so it CAN kill 2 birds with one stone.

100 MG is the maximum dose per 24 hours. Pills come in different strengths: 20 MG, 50 MG, 100 MG and possibly others. I'm an old guy and 50 MG works great and lasts about 36 hours. Its very risky to exceed the recommended dosage: many things can go terribly wrong. Someone may get away with exceeding the recommended dose, but that doesn't mean the next time they try it that they'll be ok.
