The drug is available in almost every pharmacy in Dubai at very low cost, so for me, this makes a BBBJ an acceptable risk.

Thanks for post JaR which will help mongers who are worried about STD infection. You rightly said that if you are worried about STD then you are in the wrong hobby. You must learn to manage the risk. Do you get STD from BBBJ, yes there are chances if the girl is blowing 10 customers, and you are 11th one.
