I am in Pattaya right now and that simply has not been my experience Of course my experience does not invalidate yours. But are talking online and I am talking from the perspective of being posted up in Pattaya right now. I don't go to bars for the most part. I prefer Gentleman's Clubs in Pattaya. Not a single girl I have talked to has told me that there is a lack of customers right now or during high season.

Sosua is a glorified weekend hotspot for Americans. If I lived on the East Coast, I would be flying down to the DR, too.

I left the Dominican Republic of my own accord. Colombia and Thailand are much better places for me to reside. I'll only return to the Dominican Republic to attend to business / personal issues. Otherwise if I didn't have deep roots there I would not step foot in the country ever again. Let alone Sosua.

In my book, it is ok to have an opinion. But after I moved to the Dominican Republic, Twat-from the-DR challenged me saying my information about Sosua was second hand. I had a great deal going in Santo Domingo este and felt no need to travel 5 hours to the north coast. Once I finally did I discovered that it was inferior to the situation I had set up for myself in Santo Domingo este. That put me on the Twat-from the-DR hit list. His flame war with me was on!

Twat-from the-DR has never been to Pattaya. But has nothing but tired old stereo types to say about a place he has never set foot in. His claims that the girls are all the same must be from watching YouTube videos. These girls are diverse. But if you like a certain body type, it is rare that you find a Asian girl with a Latina Body. But for me when you do it is a perfect combination because the Software (what is in their heads and their attitudes) is far superior than the Software of Latina's.

Latina's take work! Let's just put it out there. You have to be 100% man 100% of the time or they WILL run over you. At this point in my life I don't need that. I need a girl who will do what I say to do when I say to do it. I have that here in Thailand. Thai girls are industrious, they want you to lead and they treat you like a king. If your hotel is positioned in the right place you can literally walk out the front of your hotel and find where the ho's be at.

But in a place like Pattaya it is a just a bit more complected because there are so many options there. I have written extensively on them.

The people that I know IRL that like Sousa are based in the United States of America, they speak Spanish and they have a network. Not sure if I would like to be starting from scratch in Sousa right now. But I have the advantage of speaking Spanish.

Yeah you need to know a guy. Or girl. Since the powers that be used the policia to harass the Puerto Plata / Cabarete / Santiago chicas from coming to Sosua, to me the best way to maximize finding a good chica that you wouldn't mind taking her back to your spot is to know a guy and to daily casually walk pedro clisante down to the beach and just randomly try out a bar. Youll stumble upon many folks from all walk of life that might have just the girl for you. Even if theres no girls at the bar, the waitress might know a chica in montellano that down to make some extra money or an expat girlfriend that has a single female friend in La Union.

The weekend warriors has to take what they can get BUT if you're down there for an extended amount of time you need to be taking a daily stroll to see if any new hunnys popup, get out of your comfort zone and try random bars and talk to the expats down there. The expats can get bored with paradise so they love to help a guy out and find his way in the SU. You meet an expat that you connect with go and buy him a beer and listen to him. Itll pay off dividends most times then not.

You happened to pick the most expensive bar on the strip, which is why they are mostly empty. Their customer base is restricted to well heeled mongers who are attracted to their semi pro (but very picky) line up of servers.

A beer and a Cuba libre at most bars is 150, and many have crazy happy hours at all times of the day, where you get 2 for 1 Cuba libre, 75 p per shot!

Jairo Noes Landesta, alias el Grande or Jairo Blas, accused of having shot Edgar Martnez, was arrested in the Los Cerros de Sosa neighborhood by agents of the Dicrim commanded by lieutenant colonel Aneury Ruiz of the Northern Regional Police Department.

According to police records, the detainee also committed other homicides in the city of Santiago.

In relation to this fact, the police are also looking for the person named El Flaco or Talal, who was driving the motorcycle from which Jairo Noes shot Martnez, a bullet impact which caused his death.

This fact is also related to the murder of Luis Alberto Felix (Miel) which occurred early Sunday morning, crimes which are supposed to have been provoked by the control of drug points in the neighborhoods of Sosua.

Brigadier General Jorge Luis Galan Guerrero, director of the Northern Regional Police, warns that the institution of order will make security and peace prevail in the sectors and communities of Sosua.
