I agree with the posts below on taking too much Sufendil. I started it in 2021 mostly to see if I could get two pops in an hour. I have no problem getting hard but after first climax it takes me about an hour to reload for a second (what's called refractory time). I can get hard again just takes about 60 minutes to climax. Major downer so I read for some guys Sufendil lower's refractory time. For me I found that was not the case. My first time on Sufendil took 60 mil first day, 40 MG second day. My vision became blurred both times and headaches. In hindsight it was way too much and I could had a heart attack. I now very seldom take it. When I do I take never more than 20 MG and never more than one day. In fact, if I do take it these days it's usually half a pill for 10 mil. I think if you take a lot it actually makes you hard but you feel less, which can majorly prolong climax. I take a while naturally so that is a no go. Also, if I drink forget it. It will make me hard but again I feel less. Plus I think mentally it can mess with your confidence, which is another reason I don't use it much anymore. Whatever your reasons definitely play it safe and don't over do it.
