Most girls I've had from Thaniya did BBBJ at no extra charge. I have been going to Thaniya around once a month for awhile now, as a white guy. Many (most?) of the shops accept westerners now because the Japanese have largely stopped coming (it's cheaper to fuck in Japan now than on Thaniya due to the weakening yen). The system is pretty much the same throughout the whole street: short time 3500-4000 baht, barfine (called paybar there) 800-1200 depending on negotiating skills & how much you drink. Each shop has all you can drink for 700/ hour or so. There are lady drinks but every girl I've been with there drinks like 3-4 LDs in 2 hours, so it's not a big focus / hustle there, as at most shops you're also paying a few hundred baht / hour fee for the girl to sit with you. But as usual if they sense you are a pushover they may try to get you to order shots for the shop or something.
