Newton, if you were making an investment in the company NVDA then you did nothing wrong. Yes, you bought high, a lot of investors do that. It is part of the herd instinct to buy on the upside. But I am fairly confident that over the next 4 or 5 years your investment will pay off handsomely. In fact, you might want to add to your investment as the stock finds its support level ie invest in every dip. Buy low, sell high? Good luck. Yes, yes. It's not timing the market, it's time in the market, bla bla bla. Only good thing so far is that over the years I've made more money than I lost, so my accounts have always been in the green, but I'm just saying I could have made 2 to 3 times more had I just been luckier.
