In the past few days, there are has been a increase in posts about the L. E going around spas, given that they did close a spa in kp 2 weeks ago. In the last 3-4 years, I have observed that the L. E mostly takes action around March-may and during elections period, this is just my observation. Most of the spas are safe from the LE activity, because they are owned by people with heavy connections or someone from the spa staff maintains connections among the low ranked LE staff for few bucks or they already paid their amount to be ignored.

Some tips from my side is, If you are regular to a spa or two, maintain a good relation with manager / receptionist, because in case of any possible raid they will be notified mostly before hand, It happened in more than one case for me. Never give your original phone number or stuff to spas that can be traced back, odds are already very less / almost zero that they (LE) will call you back from phone registry, but better be safe than sorry. If you come across LE news in forum or other media, stick to your regular spas and avoid new spas for time period, if you are skeptical. Don't put out spa names directly out in the forum, seniors have repeated this point a lot of times, forum maybe monitored. There are few areas, where LE wouldn't mind much about from my observation, I maybe wrong. Brothers mongering out of the spa scenario are relatively safe in comparison.

Prostitution maybe legal, but solicitation, pimping, kerb crawling and owning a brothel are still illegal activities. In case of massage centres, and therapist providing sexual favours for exchange of money comes under solicitation. The law around prostitution itself is not declared clearly, even clearly defined laws are violated in our country by the officials, let alone the ones that are not well defined.
