What's the best mongering destination in Africa if safety, amenities, and quality of women outweighs budget? But you're partially right that it has to do with location (the Americas). But "Latin America" is NOT even a real geographical location but a language / cultural zone.

For starters I'm of generational mixed race descent (black and white). Hey listen if you go on the African or any other black race thread dude you'll find a gazillion of these postings. So what I'm getting to is this most black guys visit Latin America for the experience with the indigenous mixture women without realizing the negative stigma of colonization still exists in the year 2025. Brazilians are Latinos, however they are not Hispanic. All of the Brazilian people that I know identify as Latino.
