Can you clarify what advertising bans exist in Victoria?

As afar as I know the whole sex industry regulation unit has been disbanded in Victoria and the only investigations are into organised crime and visa violations. I don't know of any local council that would waste its time proactively monitoring locanto for sex services and would respond only to complaints. Eg noise, too close to schools, parking issues. Can't recall but I think if you google fiona patten you can get the exact dates, reckon it was 2023. It's open slather now which is why there are so many rnt and FS places.
