3. From what I have experienced some stores have WhatsApp account or even Telegram in some cases, and then the communication is much easier for inquiries and booking. Please tell the stores to ditch Line and move to the popular western apps.

4. What I left is with those stores like 39 group that are accepting booking or inquiries by phone. That's the main struggle when I am speaking about "Foreigners OK". How do you make the booking if you are non-Japanese speaking monger? There are ways to solve it like visiting the store and choosing which is wasting some time, asking some random guy at the street to help you (maybe that old man in the train?) and so on.

Yes, and just to explain what exactly is a "nomination fee" of 2000 yen. It simply means you get to pick the girl, rather than it being random. Random in Japanese is often called "free" (written "furee" in katakana). Whereas nomination is "shimei" in Japanese. That's all it is and all it means. Some shops have nomination fees, others do not.

No legit Japanese shop will ever, ever advertise fs. If it does, it's probably going to be shut down, or worse it's some shady corg that sucks or scam. It is the number one reason for a shop to get shut down by far. I occasionally see in the news a shop shut down and it's always the exactly same reason - advertising fs whether in writing or through touts verbally offering it on the street.

Any shop which does not advertise it is in the clear. In fact, the law is very specific about this - what is illegal is offering fs to "unspecified persons" aka people you don't know. It is 100% legal to offer fs to someone you already know, whether sugaring, or seeing a girl OTC no matter how you met her (soap, DH, oppai pub, hostess, online).
