You need to have a account in Binance app and get the kyc registration done. Then you can purchase USDT, be very careful with P2 P transactions, don't go for the cheaper rates to avoid scams, always check the account for reviews and transaction history of that account before making any payment.

Purchase bitcoin worth rs 2400. You need more than $25 as some transaction charges are there.

Step 1 - Click on the binance icon on the above left corner beside the search bar and now click on P2 P option.
