I'm Chinese and speak fluent Mandarin, but even for me I've found the safest and most reliable incall option is Nightlife Online (just Google for the site link, it's the first result that comes up). It's not cheap (FS is approx. 1500-1800/ hour) but what you see is basically what you get. Since the CNY holiday, I've booked 4 different girls from the site and chatted with each of them at length. Here are some things I've found:

- The pictures are real. However, by the girls' own admission, their listed ages are lowball figures. I get the feeling that the girls' ages were probably accurate when they first got listed on the site, but then it never gets updated. Same with their weight. (So check how long a girl has been listed on the site. One way is to find the oldest review of the girl.)..

So I used Nightlife Online to arrange a booking with a Felicity for the following evening. When she arrives I learnt that she does not kiss, not even closed mouth, which is different to her no profile, which explicitly states that she Kisses, "French Kissing. Yes" , "No restrictions" - As a GFE experience, kissing is rather integral I think. I showed her the profile on NO and the references to kissing, but she said it was "Not true". Otherwise, she's rather nice. Wish I could tell you more, but as I found this rather misleading and it made me wonder what other things have been mis-represented. - Every girl I met said they have a full time job, and do this part-time for extra cash. They all have a secondary phone that they use for this part-time gig, and they check it far less often than their main phone. Plan accordingly. To give you an idea, one girl I met said she works 7 days a week at a nails / makeup salon, she's often too busy to check her phone more than a few times a day when at work, and she usually has to take time off when she needs to meet with a customer.

Looks like many people are gatekeeping their contacts. I understand why people are reluctant from sharing their contacts, but I'm not sure why they would be on this site mentioning the same contacts. Anyway, I made friends with some locals and found a very good contact. This contact is by far the best I've used. I've tried a few of the classified ads and other agents, but they all do the bait and switch. They would provide a highly edited picture or a completely fake one and then send you a grandma with a lot of makeup as if you wouldn't notice or something. It makes no sense to me why they do that. From a business perspective, I'd assume these companies want to satisfy their clients in order to build a longterm relationship with them. Instead, I've mostly experienced agents pulling a bait and switch on the first disappointing experience with them.

Anyway, my new contact has absolutely raised the bar. Not only are the girls identical to the unedited pictures, but these girls are actually young and not grandma's trying to disguise themselves as young adults. So far I've tried 2 different girls and they were both of model material. The rates are a little more expensive than I'm used to in Beijing, but if you can afford it like me, it's worth it.
