It should NEVER hit those prices for STREET prostitutes in Colombia. 700 k (roughly $165 USD) is more than you'd pay for a 10/10 Instagram model looking bar girl at Hong Kong Club in Tijuana. I'm not a super experienced monger, I've only explored Mexico and Vegas, and I would NEVER presume those were the going rates in Cartagena because I've done my research on here by using the search function, eyeballing Telegram and using common sense.

I travel to Cartagena on the first of May, haven't even been there yet and I'm absolutely shocked reading what you wrote. Have you looked at prices in other Colombian cities? Medellin? Bogota? You'd be paying HALF those prices for better women. Please, for the love of everything holy, NEVER pay these prices for street prostitutes. Not always, it doesn't work like that. Can get a shit service from the street or an excellent service like I've had in Brazil. The problem is in Cartagena online can be very hit and miss. Besides if it ends up being a shit service big deal, it's only 500 k.

Ok I see what you're saying from your experience which Nationality in Latin America offers the best service? By the way anyone can answer this question. I've been to the DR a lot matter of fact I'm here now. Most guys will try to offer to hook you up with Colombian, Venezuelan or Peruvian women especially at the casa's man all of those girls sucks too much checking the condom, making it seems like they need to go now and too much asking for tips. That's not a good look for Cartagena, especially at 600 K per hour. Also seems like a hassle with the condition of hunting within Centro. It has definitely declined and chicas are moving on to Greener Pastures.
