Yes, I can put up a random picture of someone that vaguely looks similar. The only issue is that I won't be able to get 'verified' status.

I was verified on Thai Friendly (near identical platform) and that used some kind of software and camera on my phone to confirm that I matched the photos that I uploaded.

I doubt freelancers are that bothered whether I am verified or not though.
