AD, your quotes on Bangla Road street walker prices, and bargirls at 3 K barfines or more plus 5 K ST plus are extremely difficult to believe as they are not the going rates at all, except for maybe the top end gogos like Harem and Suzy Wongs. Can you provide some bar names or side sois of bangla where you hit those prices?

Ok hopefully I'm posting this on the correct thread. If not my apologies. We have a few questions. For starters we are staying at kudo beach resort. We almost booked holiday in resort but finally chose Kudo beach. A couple questions. We plan on doing bangla road, massage parlors, and doing day trips to the islands, big Buddah, old Phuket etc. Would it be best to rent a car, or just take cabs? Bangla Road has always been a little more expensive than other Thailand areas for comparable beauty. But it typically had prettier girls than other areas. That's comparing pre COVID Soi Sea Dragon to Nana Plaza. In 2020 my Soi Sea Dragon bar fines were about 1200 or 1500. Nothing close to the 3000 that you mention. Girl fees were about 3500 to 4000 then.

I don't know man, I think your major concern with Patong Tower now are afters shocks, or another quake. Who knew Thailand could be rocked by a quake? The world don't make no more sense.

Phuket has different areas with different vibes. There is nothing chill or low price about Bangla Road in Patong. Other areas, such as Rawai, are very different from Bangla road. Note that I haven't been there since 2023.

I liked Phuket, was there in 2018. There is a lot to do there during the day. PiPi island and Maya bay were great. While it may be more chill and relaxed than Bangkok that isn't saying much. I felt like it was too much of a tourist town. Probably will go back some day and if you have not been you should go.

But also that it's supposed to be more chill and relaxed. Would anyone say that's so? Currently here in Patong, day 4 of 6.

Took it easy 1st 2 nights, but did call into S Wongs & Harem around midnight to check out the gogo girls. I was a bit disappointed by the quality if I'm honest. After visiting BKK and being spoilt by the quality and quantity of girls there. There are some diamonds in the rough, so good luck hunting them down.

Anyhow, got chatting to one of the girls in Harem, and she said ST rate was 6 k plus bar fine, so after adding this all up with Lady drinks you are looking at around 9 k, which seems crazy to me.

Plenty of FLs stood about on Bangla Rd, in particular outside Celebrity Ink, but the whole scene on Bangla was off putting to me, too loud, too busy, getting jostledand hassled all the time. I must be getting old (I'm mid 50's).

The next day took an afternoon visit to phuket town to check out the massage scene. Arrived at Alice's just as a mini bus of Korean gentlemen were walking in. So that was an avoid for me. Walked down to Katherine's, but it.

Was shut, time was just after 4 pm. There are quite a few massage venues dotted around here. I called into 2 others to see the line ups, hut because it was so early, noone took my fancy. The price for 60 minutes with a girl is only 1500 baht however, bargain!

That night, back in Patong, I was in one of the many bars and its clear there are many opportunities to be had here with the servers. I hit it off with a mid 30's girl, so after her shift finished at 3 am, she came to my hotel. Price was 3 k for long time stay over and morning action. Admittedly I had been buying her drinks during the evening, but this is a much better option than the gogos, and allows for a more personal experience building rapport beforehand. There are so many bars in Patong you will find one which suits you and see what girls are available.

The next evening I booked a girl off Thai friendly. The price for 90 minutes at my hotel was 3000 baht plus 300 taxi, she came from phuket town. 28 yrs old, trained massuer, she was fantastic in all respects. I always try to have fun with the girls, making them drinks in my room, putting some music on to create the right mood. Because she was a trained massuer she gave a full on bone cracking massage after sex, deep foot, leg, neck and back. Pulling me around and placing me in all sorts of contorded positions, just great!

I was still getting texts off my bar girl wanting to meet again, but I was too done from my early evening visit.

The next day was spent surfing Thai friendly again, this time I booked another late 20's girl. Absolute stunner, tiny body and frame, large natural breasts. It transpired she had a son, but no sign of stretch marks on her belly. Her price for 60 minutes to my room was 3000 baht, but she was a 9 out of 10 in my book. She gave OWO, I licked her out for ages, and it was a delight to see her reach climax. She said after this doesn't happen often, but I guess she says that to everyone LOL.

After our session, she was happy to hang out in my room, drinking vodka with me, and telling me her life story. Basically she supports her whole family including mum / dad and her son financially paying for loans on cars and farm equipment. She says she can never have a BF, unless he's super rich of course and happy to support her family. I found this a bit sad tbh, I hope that one day her fortune changes, I dare say it will.

I. headed back to my bar girl to say Hi afterwards, she was keen to come back again, but I needed some rest!

Final 2 nights here in Patong, I will go for another bargirl option, Follow me bar seems to have a few options, or I may just go the Thai friendly route again.
