You should get gardasil 9 as it covers the most hpv virus variants. You can get it from Rxdx. Ideally, one needs to get it before being sexually active. You need to get 3 doses at 3 month intervals. It costs around 9 k per dose.

I think the intervals are 0-1-6 months, since that is what I went through.
