I don't understand why Chiba doesn't have more foreigner friendly soaplands since so many people will go through Narita on both longer stays as well as just layovers as I'll be doing in June. There's a huge business opportunity for enterprising Japanese to open such places up closer to Narita airport.

You could really say that about anything. Why don't the pink salons open? Why don't the oppai pubs? They could potentially make more money, but for some reason they would rather not let foreigners in. So they don't. I guess they don't think it's worth the potential money.

It's part of the reason why Kira Kira is good value, it is 35 minutes from Shibuya by express train (about $2), and you end up saving a lot of money as a result. The general question is whether we should should enable such high prices or use foreigner-friendly places, also in price terms.

Next time I'm in Japan I'll take a "city hike" and pass through Yoshiwara again. I have low expectations but a high budget, so I'll just drop in a few of the soaplands that are foreigner friendly and see what girls they have and what they'll charge me. I can speak Japanese but I'm obviously foreigner. I even had a Japanese American friend who spoke nearly perfect Japanese - and they wanted to charge him the foreigner tax. Even when faced with this, what I'd do is be polite and say thank you before leaving. I don't do drama, and I want the next foreigner to be welcome there too. I have no clue if you are a foreigner and you are not fluent in Japanese. Only phone call reservation as much as I understood.

In any case, although the price system is very very low and girls offer all inclusive service with various of services included in the flat rate price, I would be careful. Reviews in other forums and websites are not conclusive. It will bbe test and trial. You can see the movies in Fuzokudx and compare with the photos. There is huge difference involving probably Photoshop to their profile photos.

Most of the information is given in Japanese and I would say it will be hard to book it unless you have a local person or your Japanese is good enough.
