This was hard. So I thought I should share my experience in case it helps others wishing to subscribe to ISG. Indeed, I have read other posts complaining about the use of Bitcoin.

Hence I could not subscribe to ISG this way.

Now I decided to try again. I saw that today the admins are requesting that we refrain from using Coinbase, recommending that we use Binance instead. So last week I followed their instructions to open an account and make a transfer. This was a somewhat complex process, even for someone who is fairly computer savvy. Parts of the process were easy and cool, for example Binance recognized all my information from a simple picture of my country's ID, which was impressive..
