40 K even not chubby is way too high. My experience has been the more you pay more the nakhras and lesser the enjoyment and the max I have paid is 20 k on few occasions and still regret the experience. The best ones continue to be in the 6 k to 10 K.

You are right, coming to Delhi or Mumbai makes more sense or sometimes even flying out girls if cost can be shared with someone.

10 to 12 k for night is very cheap. Its the normal rate for short time meet.

"Search" with location name as Chennai or Mumbai and see what results you are getting and if you are able to see their pages. If not try another location as Manila or Jakarta.
