I need to elaborate on my previous post where I said the level 3 line-up was better at 2 pm than at 3 pm. This may not be true at all on Saturday. Poor line-up today at 2:30, maybe one third the usual number, and made worse by the presence of quite a few Chinese. The mamasans and the girls were concentrating on the Chinese, who kept taking girls in twos and threes to the room. Some girls were kept - or kept themselves - in the locker-room, emerging only when summoned for the sake of some newly-arrived Chinese. I felt shunned.

I cut my losses and took a cab to kota indah where I had a good session at Sari Ayu. One positive thing about kota indah: any mamasan will call any girl you point at. No mamasans selling each their own and only girls and turning their back at the girls you want.

I wouldn't want to find out. It seems the major risk would be potential drug dogs at the airport.

Weed seems to be totally illegal in Indonesia.

I love weed, but I wouldn't risk jail time.

But all experienced stoners know this. At home, we can't stop, due to the availability. But if it's not available (like when we travel to a strict country), we don't need it.

The other day I came to Classic early around 2 pm, and there were only a few below average girls there. I stayed until after 3. 15 pm waiting for someone cute and then gave up.

If anything coming around 4 pm is much better (based on my 2-3 times when I came around 4 pm), as there are usually few cute girls available, but not a lot of customers.

However if you want to go somewhere early, I recommend Travel instead.

I don't normally go to Travel, but I just so happened to be in the area around 1:30 pm the other day and they let me in.

You should never travel to any country without first researching the laws.

In Indonesia you can get the death penalty for smuggling drugs, including Marijuana.

According to Wikipedia under the new revised 2023 law, 1/8 ounce would get you 4 years in prison for simple possession but potentially a life sentence and an 8 Billion Rupiah fine for transportation.

Well I was told by the dude at lokisari plaza that my phone reception was bad because of the thickness of the walls at My hotel. Hotspot performance as well using my phone along with telltale.

Bar (strength) dipping. Well while getting usa plug adapters at manga dua square (I wanted a usa electrical strip, but adapters are better than nothin) I bought a XL 35 GB sim card.

The difference is night and day. It wasnt the walls of the hotel. It was the sim.

The girl at the airport asked me where I was going, I said eventually batam on a visa run. Fatal mistake.

The official name of this card was telkomsel lite 60 Gb. She claimed this card could be used in batam while other telkomsel sims cannot.

I think she lied to me.

I can go to kelapa gading mall and *****-out a real live telkomsel.

Rep I found out. 2 things about sim cards indo:

1. they don't have unlimited cards.

2. No matter what you do messages and the phone app will not.

Translate to english. That sucks! WTF.

These ops of connecting a vpn to a laptop are diffiicult.

I used NordVPN and ExpressVPN. You can Google those 2 words, and the internet sites will come up. Last year, those 2 were highly rated.

Note: those VPNs sometimes work; it varies.

Go to their sites. There will be a link labeled "Download". Click on it. You probably will have to select either Windows or Mac / Apple.

You will get a .exe file. Double click on it. This installs their program.

Then you have to say yes to couple of questions.

Then it will install their program.

You have to give your details and register. Both of them will give a free trial period. But you need to cancel before the trial period, or you will be charged. Note that it will auto-renew.

Then you have to turn it on, and select the country.

It is terrible! Ill take the 42 $ loss and get another sim.

If you are not tech savvy, and especially if you are older than 60, you should get a physical SIM at the airport. At the airport, they will load the SIM and ensure that it works. Make sure you ask all the relevant questions.

The way I do it is to load an E-SIM. I use Airalo. I get the $69 plan for 1 year, 20 GB, and 138 countries. It should cover all the countries that you need.

Now, there will be problems for you.

First, you need a phone that can use an E-SIM. Then, you need to figure out how to load the E-SIM from Airalo. My Pixel phone has E-SIM (able to load multiple E-SIMs) and a physical slot.

The problem is (that my 80 year old aunt cannot figure out) that you have to be able to switch between the SIMs (if you use other SIMs with that phone).

The easiest way is to use a physical SIM for everything. You should be able to figure out how to change a physical SIM. But there's a problem if you phone doesn't have a physical SIM.

If I'm over there, I can do it for you, just for a coffee and a cheesecake. I prefer a joint, but it is illegal over there.

Went there around 4 pm. Only about 20 girls present. I was told it usually fills up between 7 and 8.

The same way you would do it everywhere around the world.

Go to Google Maps. Type in the city (Jakarta).

Then type in the business name.

Now you have to use some brains. You have to look at the list, or type in Classic Spa (or Hotel), Emporium Spa, and Travel Spa. It should come up first in the list. You can verify by looking at the reviews, or by looking at Google street view.

I believe the ride share App uses Google Maps. Easy to get there.

Yea that third picture looks pretty grimey as far as the room. Reminds me of some places I've been in Mexico and Colombia.
