For me, I hate to say it, but the best place for me for this was always Pattaya. I paid 2 girls 10,000 baht each. Dude. You just said you plan to use condoms. You are all set. Obviously use good judgement and don't pick up straight trash on the streets but the girls will be thrilled you want to use condoms and the chances of catching anything are vanishingly small. Easy to arrange in a go go bar. Girls often suggest it themselves when they have a friend with whom they are comfortable doing it. A couple of trips back when Erotica bar in Nana Plaza was located off the stairs between the levels, I had a great all nighter with two of the girls who worked there. ElectroMan, my good sir. Asking a working girl in Thailand for a test report? Hoping an agency will do that? I don't know dude. This is Thailand, and it's not really a thing. It's always going to be a risk in Thailand, about as much as in Europe. You've done all you can do. But since it's Thailand, and if you've got the cash, and if you can keep an eye on the chick every day as she's with you, you can feasibly arrange a multi day booking with a girl. Almost all of them will do it, since it means cash. Have her tested at the beginning of the first day of booking, and then fuck her to your hearts content until the last day. But I would say if you're going to hobby, then the risk of std's are going to be par for the course. It is what it is.
