Well many pictures on Mileroticos are fake. In this case without knowing the exact ad you are referring to I would guess it's a location with one or maybe multiple girls working out of. If you go back just a couple of posts Cocr referred to a post asking about these type of places in Tijuana so this might be the same area that you are being sent to.

I doubt it will be any type of set up since I tried one many years ago it's just girls that work out of apartments. Just don't have high expectations on the looks of the girls but they will definitely be cheaper than a bar girl or your normal escort site.

If you go I'm sure many here would appreciate you writing about it to help others find different options for sex in Tijuana.

"Somewhere far" is pretty vague. Where? Also, there are zillions of Farmacia Gualadajaras in Tijuana.

It's probably legit, but a better location might help pin down whether or not it's in a really sketch area.
