Pullman Hotel Jakarta
My last trip for a change I stayed at the Pullman Hotel (part of Accor group and I get points). Location is good, right across Grand Indonesia. But walking around there was madness. Central location meant all the girls knew it and it was easy to get them to come there as there is a train station next to it as well. I didn't go to Classic / Emporium that much but when I did it wasnt more than 20 min at night or early afternoon. They have an onsite spa. I was surprised to get a cute girl that offered extras. I wasnt interested but asked price and she threw out $300 (USD) and then went to 3 M IDR for FS. I politely declined, grabbed her ass, gave her a small tip for the good legit massage and left.

So if it's not BATS what other hotel bar has freelancers in numbers? Melia?
What are the going rates for freelancers out of hotel bars please?

Holliday in Gaja has reduced its prices again. Currently, you can get a room for one person with breakfast for under $50 for May.

Especially for a Muslim girl travelling to meet a stranger for the 1st time. But as I mentioned in previous posts, once she actually shows up your chance of scoring is very high.
The number one place I think for dating civvies would be any hotel near Grand Indonesia / Pacific Place as there's a ton of restaurants in there and very reasonable. Everyone knows that mall and it's a safe environment. If you don't mind travelling a bit to Classic for those sessions then it's fine but obviously not ideal for mongering.
Last time for a change from Movenpick I stayed near Grand Indonesia. Yes there are tons of places to eat and you don't look like a sex tourist so girls will come to your hotel easily. However its a nightmare to cross the streets there and walking around wasn't fun at all. Traffic to Classic / Emporium wasnt too bad though, about 20 min most times of the day. It was interesting but I wouldn't do it again. You can convince girls to come to North Jakarta too, just don't stay in Classic or Travel or any well known Hooker Hotel. You can stay at Movenpick, Redtop, HI or similar and should be fine. Traffic can be an issue but not nearly as bad as people think it is. As long as you are going between Central and North Jakarta you are looking at less than 30 min for any trip. Now if you want to go to airport or Bekasi or something it can be bad at certain times. Going from Sarinah to CGK took me almost 2. 5 hours one evening.

During the day, I plan to visit tourist attractions, explore food options, and go to malls. I need a non-smoking room and a hotel where there are no lingering smells of smoke, especially not coming through the air conditioning unit.
My budget is around $50 USD / night. I'm hoping this is realistic for what I'm looking for, or if I need to prioritize location versus other amenities. Green to bring female guests back to my room at any time in case I meet someone at a nightclub or through an app / outcall. Also if I were to meet a civvie for a date, we can hit the mall.
The hotels I've looked at are: Luminor, Movenpick, Holiday Inn Gajah Mada, Mercure, Harris Vertu, Millenium Hotel, and Grand G7 Pasar Baru. Most of the hotels reviewed here seem to be towards North Jakarta for the brothels, but nothing towards the party spots. I know many have said the traffic is terrible, but hoping for the least painful solution. Or are my only choices to either stay super near the action or near the nightlife / mall / food spots.
Someone mentioned HI is an ISG sponsor. To just mention your ISG user name when checking in and you'll get your up to date Jakarta map and pricelist. Is this real? LOL How does one get with the hotel staff? How would you deal with that when you're still bringing other girls to your room in front of the female staff you hooked up with? Thanks all for the info and any answer to my questions.

Hotel
The Luminor in Kota is a good place of you come to Jakarta for mongering:
Walking distance to Lokasari and Travel. Not far by Grab to other places for fun.
Rooms Spaniens, clean, aurcon, TV,. All works.
Breakfeast rich selection.
Staff friendly. Guards give you a thumbs up if you come back with a pretty chick, and even guide you to the elevator from the parking Lot to your floor, not passing public entrance area.
Only Pool is missing.

Any hotels that can be booked for a couple of hours? I already have a hotel in a 5 star but sharing it with a colleague, so cannot do any action there.

Mostly weekends are busier. Don't expect super hotties though. More middle aged milfs than young babes. But yeah, mostly the service is top notch.

Strange I ever read any Malio hotel reports.
Can't book online is the reason.
It's been a while but if you (or anyone) can add an image of the banner I'll take one for the team and stay there for a night.

Yes, I stayed there my first time because the price difference vs lower tier rooms when I booked was rather small, the room with worktable looked big, I wanted the included free coffee since I worked from my room most of the day, and was curious if I could use the lounge to entertain visiting girls. Every time there was a new receptionist in the "lounge" it entailed some discussion about whether the coffee really was free all day or not however, and this quickly got boring as I had to wait for them to call somebody to confirm. They were polite about it, as everyone else at the hotel, but it become a bit boring since it happened almost every day.
Apart from that I sometimes visited for the evening snack (some fruit, and some other stuff I don't remember what was, except I didn't want to order it), and once a girl visited during the afternoon and I ordered us both a cup of coffee delivered to my room as we walked past the lounge. The lounge itself is too small and quiet to entertain any girl without awkwardness, and except the once a day evening snack at a specific time, the only thing you can order there is some variant of coffee or tea if I remember correctly.
When I booked, I too think I remember reading something about separate breakfast there for those so entitled, but it was not the case when I was staying there, so instead I had to eat with the riff-raff.
On my second stay I didn't bother with a "club room", booked a lower tier room, and aero-pressed my own coffee in the room as needed instead.
Breakfast I thought was decent the first two days, but the rest of the days it was more or less the same and it became incredibly boring. The extremely boring breakfast is the main reason I've booked at another hotel quite a bit further away from Classic for my next stay, though it may sound a bit silly and I may still change my mind. I also enjoy walking, but I'm guessing I'll have to taxi / motobike taxi over to Classic next time, as while Redtop to Classic is a fast 10 minute walk on a more or less decent path, at least if you've walked it once in the daytime, I'm not so optimistic regarding the longer route from my next hotel.
Anyone happen to know if grab motorbike taxis are required, and usually do, bring with them a passenger helmet in Indonesia?
Thanks for the reply. It's still at the top of my list, but I guess I won't really be bothered if it happens that the club level is booked. My schedule is a bit up in the air, but the the 2nd is still a week away so I guess I'll see. Seems a decent spot and has in room massage with FS, which is on my bucket list LOL, and the pool seems decent. Seems the best along with Movenpick for being able to walk to the brothel, and taxi or grab for Kota.
