I would suggest Alaya Spa in Cross Point Mall, Gurgaon. Place is clean. You can see pictures of room on Google Maps. It is same as it is and they do not offer extra as you asked.

This is one month old FR.

Was on a short trip to Delhi just for mongering purpose.
