Very important step, on the top right corner of their site add them on LINE. Then you can do everything in English. Your option is to walk to their shop and use their "incall" which is slightly cheaper. Or have them deliver a girl to your hotel which is better but more expensive. Do not use Japanese sites like Cityheaven or Fuzokudx, it is a waste of time! I actually tried using them but usually they don't know how to serve foreigeners.
