Dropped by at what is DC's new Spa district, with giant bright spa signs side-by-side. Went to Arino as they agreed to show me the lineup. Counter charges: 1500 for 45 minutes. The lobby and rooms are quite new and nice, but there are just so many men around. Punters / managers / staff. The lobby had 6-7 duded sitting there.
