The reason why they think they cannot open up their bikes on the twisties is because they don't know how to control their motorcycles. They know how to ride fast in a straight line.

I took a course to learn how to control my motorcycle. It concluded with a half day on there track. Where we put all of our lessons we learned in the control setting (acceleration, shifting, braking, hitting the apex of the curve by getting your body into the proper position for the lean.

Republican Morons cannot do that. All of the work that is done in that situation is done by the rider. There is not way for a Republican Moron to pay someone to do the work for them. Unless they are the owner of a race team. Sorry to chime in one more time as its not really politics related, but for anyone who buys Harley stock from time to time like me. The reason the company is not doing well is simply because younger generation of Americans aren't riding for recreation anymore. Harleys used to be a blue collar man's weekend toy, a lot more guys or just people in general are not getting into motorcycles as there's many more forms of entertainment which isn't as dangerous. If you look at all the other major motorcycle brands around the world, they are selling bikes as a means of transportation first, not a high priced recreational toy like a Harley. Especially the Asia / Jap brands, Harley will never be able to break into that market because they have workers who will build quality bikes for 1/5 the price of an american worker on top of years of experience in building these bikes as efficiently as possible. Harley is going to downsize a lot. It will have to come to terms with selling a lot less bikes. Like I said before though, if you live in USA and your a middle age dude who just wants to cruise highway on the weekeneds. Nothing really comes close to what a Harley can give you. Every part in that bike is super high quality and the feel of the ride to the fit and finish is the best money can buy. Personally, I could care less Harley went slightly woke, which I don't think they really even did. Maybe I am wrong and some one can point that out to me. The new model street and road glides are fucking sick, just got to get rid of that cheap chinese smart screens and go back to old school bullet proof analog dials and instruments.

I am currently shopping for a motorcycle. I am a new rider. I actually would prefer to represent, but Harley Davison is selling an inferior product at a premium price. I am looking at Zontes and CFMoto. But offering ton of tech, more power AND a lower price than even the current Japanese Brands. My vote of my USD has much more power than my vote at the ballot box. I am exercising that power as I pursue my happiness.

Been a Harley guy for the last 10 years or so, hence the name. Ram Trucks and Harley Davidson bikes. Harleys definitely over priced, but they are worth it if you are into cruisers and live in America and you have the budget. If you live in USA and your going to be doing at least half your miles on the highway, personally I think Harley is the best. Indians are nice too, but when you see the fit and finish in person and the re sale value of a Harley, its clear to me who the best pick is. Harley after Markey is way over priced as well. If your on any kind of budget and your not a die hard, Harley doesn't really make sense. If you really want to get into riding and you live in USA and you have the budget, I think Harley is a no brainer. I love takin my bike to airport for my trips. Always jump the curb at short term parking and don't pay for parking on the way out. Saves me time and money every time.

If I was to get a city bike, Kawasaki H2 and Honda cb1000 r are bullet proof and have power for days. I am too old for sport bikes, well almost. The Suzuki Katana looks sick as well. If I was to go for best bang for your buck jap cruiser, Rebel 1100 T is a great deal and again Honda reliability. It will out last you. Personally I would risk a Chinese bike, but that is your choice. I am not the expert but have driven a lot of bikes, just my two cents.
