Hey sorry about your Santo Domingo experience, for the best living experience in Santo Domingo go to Downtown or Naco! That is the good areas of Santo Domingo ironically there are areas close to Downtown that have women standing on the corner in the day and night time! I can't remember the street names because I really don't see signs posted up on the corners. There's other areas in Santo Domingo that have women outside if I had a car and was in Santo Domingo right now I'll take you there I found places that had Haitian women out at night mainly wait for guys to pick them up.
