As a matter of commerce it is certainly well understood and accepted that paying more will get you more IF it is stipulated that additional payment purchases better service for you.

You've got to go there many times to experience it.

It has nothing to do with racism, that's just basic economics for the most, and some girls personnal preferences for others.

Most probably the "Asians only" girls didn't pay attention to you and you probably didn't see them but they are real.
