Yes I live here too and 7-8 k is fairly normal for LT these days in Bangkok. If it's late and girls are desperate, they may go lower. I've never paid LT, not worth it these days. When I ST a girl at 2-3 am they usually stay LT anyways for the price of ST.

One thing though, 1500 is too high a barfine for anywhere in Nana Plaza. Should be 1000 at most.

I was just there a few weeks ago. Went to nana about 3 x's, mostly went straight to billboard on the 3rd floor in the corner. Barfine was 1 k and the girl was quoted 8 k.
