I have had a few opportunities to travel to Tokyo, and in a few weeks I get to spend one entire night there (in transit), so I want to make the best of it. You can use 7/11 ATMs in Tokyo with any foreign card, but they seem to have changed the maximum withdrawal in one go, and something weird is going on where metal cards don't seem to work anymore.
