Good tip! I can confirm Aeon ATM are good. Not only in Japan, but also in other countries with Aeon malls.

You can use 7/11 ATMs in Tokyo with any foreign card, but they seem to have changed the maximum withdrawal in one go, and something weird is going on where metal cards don't seem to work anymore.
