I have moved temporarily to the north of Jakarta, near Chinatown / Kotah Indah and I have been doing some more research on Michat.

My goal is to find a pretty and nice girl, but so far it has been mission impossible.

Granted, there are a lot more girls available in the north of Jakarta. And a lot more of them are of the acceptable quality (aka average / doable).

However finding a pretty and nice girl is still impossible.

Annoyingly most of pretty (girls have a single amazing picture, often with their face hidden.

Some may have a couple more nice pictures with visible body and face hidden, or the other way around. Or with some baggy clothes or weird filters or expressions on their faces hiding their features.

In comparison when I went to Kotah Indah last night, within half an hour I found young girl with a pretty face, amazing slim body with nice boobs and pussy, great attitude and some basic English to boot.

What a difference!

Same experience with Michat when I went around Classic area today or tried Michat in the morning (the roster usually changes in different times of day). Different girls, same issues.

I don't know if my beauty standards are too high, or I come across too demanding, but all I want is to know how the girl actually looks (body and face) and to find a pretty one.

But they protect their real appearance tighter than Fort Knox.

No luck on Michat for me so far.

I know about Lokasari girls. The first time I had taken a girl from Lokasari, she herself proposed BBFSCIP. As I was not sure of her level of hygiene, I declined.

Thank you for your input Safado. So this basically supports my theory that the form doesn't say you have to declare personal medications such as antibiotics, antivirals, or Viagra. It is talking about illicit drugs such as narcotics, opiates, and street drugs.

I stay mainly to the south west of Jakarta center (Kebayoran Lama area, close to Block M) and the traffic there is not very good quality-wise.

I have seen hundreds of ugly girls and a few ok ones in the search nearby feature.

Pretty much every single account with a pretty girl is either a scammer, sells vcs (adult videos) or outright tries to get some form of deposit from you.

I usually ask the girls with unclear face or body to send more photos, and invariably they either send different photos from the girl, or disappear, or you realise they are ugly.

After going through hundreds of profiles I managed to arrange 2 meetings so far, both in their hotel (thankfully both places were very close to me).

Of course, I haven't done video calling confirmation and it bit me in the ass. Now I know better.

The 1st turned out to be bait and switch (waited 15 minutes in the lobby), so I left.

The 2nd turned out to be a scammer that as soon as she confirmed I am sitting in the hotel waiting, sent me details to send her 100 K online first with some bullshit excuse that she can't meet until transaction is complete. (She was actually quite smart to get me to the hotel, as she posted a lot of clear photos of the girl and spoke good english (initially) and answered all of my questions in a nice way and also agreed for a price reduction.).

Of course that was on me.

But the amount of scams and uglies on Michat is crazy. (Anecdotally, 3 very pretty girls on eurogirlescort site also turned out to be scammers. Even very high price doesn't guarantee quality).

I don't know if it is my location or my inexperience with Michat, but even as is, I scoured hundreds of profiles, had tens of connection requests and I barely have a few contacts saved for when I am desperate enough to go for some average girl. Nothing else to show for it.

Oh, and don't get me started on the Match feature that consists only of scammers (I suspect platform itself is trying to show you tons of matches to get you subscribed). Nothing came out of it at all.

Standard Classic or Kotah Indah bars are hundred times better in that sense. At least in my experience.

Strange. I, and some other senior members here, have been using it with great success for a few weeks now. Never had even one hint of a scam. But again, I always insist on a brief video call and I NEVER sent any kind of advance or transportation fee. The girl can figure out how to come to me on here own, or I'll simply find someone else. I think your right. 50 k is about the real cost of a ride if she's not too far. Typically scammers ask for multiples of the true cost. Eg: I'm in the Philippines now and a girl just asked me to send her 'only' P500 upfront for a P18 trike ride to come and see me.

If this indeed is a legitimate lady or scammer you loose all control, your basically are controlled by 'them' and obviously on the way to loose your deposit money. Do a search of numbers to see if any clues come up different photos or impossible that they would be in two places at same time eg Jakarta / Bali

In my case I went to their hotel I did not pay a deposit waited outside sent photos of the hotel and cash in my hand and 'they' told me no deal as I wouldn't deposit 500 k to secure my place with this hot girl!!! I suspect it was either a scammer or some ugly girl posing as a nice girl knowing that she wouldn't be getting her pay day hence I wasted 3hrs of messages and walking around.

That's not a Michat thing, that's a you thing. NEVER send a deposit for a girl anytime, anywhere. And as I said before as well, always insist on a brief video call, even if it's a girl you've seen previously.

Just becareful if asked what the medication is for (eg not catching hiv) and your intentions are for your stay. I'd be inclined to buy my medication in Indonesia on arrival.

It actually doesn't say anywhere on the customs declaration form that you have to declare "prescription medication" I have attached a screen shot of the declaration form instructions. It specifically mentions "narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, drugs (this is ambiguous and could be interpreted to mean illicit street drugs, especially since all the other things in this category are illicit), firearms, weapons, explosives, ammunition, and porn.

So where exactly does it specifically mention "prescription medication" it doesn't. The closest it comes is the word "drugs" which is vague and ambiguous and most people would think of drugs as meaning Marijuana, Cocaine, etc. Medications are medications and the word medication is absent from this form.

Furthermore if "drugs" was being used as an umbrella term to cover all drugs including both illicit drugs and prescription medications, then why do they specifically mention narcotics and psychotropics but not mention other types of medications such as antibiotics and antivirals for example?

If anything the form is not 100% clear about what needs to be declared.

I was in Ancol once, but I just saw a very very hot beach, not nice at all. Near the port.

It may be I was in the wrong side.

I saw cable car, but I never token it.

When I back to Jakarta I look better about this and other water park.

I like girls quality and price in Jakarta, but till now I never found nothing else nice to do that I like aside Mulia music, and China town walk and moanstery. If I found something to do I could appreciate Jakarta. Water park could be very nice. I will try, thanks!

For those of you who say there is nothing to do in Jakarta, you must have not been to Dunia Fantasi yet. They also have a water park there called Atlantis, a Seaworld, and a Zoo as well and it is all located near the beach and they have a cable car line going over the beach and water too.

A quick Google search shows that there are various water parks with water slides here and tons of different malls all through the city and the Ancol Complex with all thee great attractions.

So how is there nothing to do here?
